It also gets a lot of exposure by the brand-new signage on the store and marquee. It consists of 3,000 sq. ft. with some overflow storage for product. It also has a small office.  It looks modern, clean and well laid out to display different types of bottom to top shelf products. It has plenty of space to not only maintain status quo on sales, but to really lead the market within a 3- mile radius of the store. The closest competition to this store is 1 mile away and doesn’t even compare to the high-quality area where this store is located. The demographics are strong and growing exceptionally well. Take some time and look at the demographics we sent with this package. Note that with additional email marketing strategies, continual customer service, along with local advertising, the sales will continue to increase. The current owner does very little advertising, yet it continues to grow.
