Alex White is a creative and innovative real estate professional that is passionate about all things related to hospitality real estate. Focusing primarily on the Southeast of the United States, he offers a full range of advisory services to assist a broad range of clients with the acquisition and disposition of lodging assets throughout the United States.
A graduate of Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration, Alex has more than 20 years experience in hospitality real estate working for such organizations as Starwood, Hyatt Hotels, HVS International, Benchmark Hospitality, CB Richard Ellis, Jones Lang LaSalle, Hotel Assets Group and Colliers International.
Based on what he learned from his past experience, Alex wanted to create a more personalized approach for hotel owners striving to help them enhance their hospitality portfolios through creative solutions and ultimately advancing their business and financial goals.
As a result, Alex focuses on a more specialized approach that provides an unmatched level of client advocacy. Alex understands that every hotel property presents a different set of challenges and opportunities and as such helps his clients custom-tailor a strategy to meet their needs whether it’s with the disposition of an asset or an acquisition of a new destination.
An imaginative and analytical thinker, he is skilled in accurately assessing value, creating an effective story and aggressively marketing an asset’s position. With his experience with lodging investments he gets the big picture, but never overlooks the small details and as a result advises his clients accordingly resulting in maximizing value for his clients and driving results.
