Due to the recession, we moved laterally into Commercial Real Estate; our other area of expertise. Working with banks on their REO product, we quickly sold off their inventory. We worked with private investors placing investment grade product into their portfolios. Thanks to our business knowledge, we also have sold a variety of different business models.
